This hotel has 5 stars . However, it was not like that . Cleaning , free parking , location and comfort were very good

This was a fantastic priced room. The hotel is very grand in appearance but seems quiet. It's a bit out of the centre but easy to travel to by either train, tram or bus. A bolt taxi was less than £3. There is a wee shopping arcade in the housing area behind the hotel about 5 mins walk with restaurant, supermarket, etc and it was lovely to mix with Polish people there. The staff were lovely and had way more English than we have Polish, granted that's almost zero!

Excellent food & facilities a shame the leisure complex wasn't operating. Courteous professional staff and a great location, we hired a car for the duration of the stay but there was a bus stop outside hotel and a massive retail park 10 minute walk away. Krakow 11 km Excellent.

Beautiful hotel and grounds with easy access to krakow old town via Bus or Tram. Staff treated us great and free parking on site too. Large and comfortable rooms but as we only stayed for one night, we didn’t use the restaurant and bar but Im sure they would have been great if visited too.

The room was wheelchair accessible, bathroom with wet room and rails- lot of room in the hotel , easy for wheelchair. Bus stop very close, all buses are wheelchair accessible. The hotel is in a location that has easy access to the public transport to go to the aiport or to the city centre in under 20 min. Good value for money with easy access to the city centre. Restaurant is good. Bar always open. Nice and helpful staff. Thank you

Nice location as long as you have a car. Free spacious parking avaliable. Room was clean and spacious, price was fair.
